This is a well done short video, a little over three minutes long which is something both parents and teachers should look at. It highlights a few of the reasons why parents should be involved, and even surfaces a few reasons why parents are hesitant, because their inputs aren't always responded to positively by teachers.
It's not rocket science, but has some good points.
